Rough grade and grass removal

This area had thick grass and uneven ground. I cut the grass down, scraped the surface clean, and leveled the dirt to create a smooth base for the new parking area. The goal was to remove soft spots and get the ground ready for grading.

Final grading pass

Here I made the final grading pass to smooth out the parking area. The surface was shaped for better water flow and compacted to reduce future rutting. This step gives the area a clean finish and makes it ready for vehicles.

Mulch Spread

I dressed out this wooded walkway with a fresh, even layer of mulch for a team‑building center. I worked the material from the pile at the far end and smoothed it through the tree line to create a clean, walkable path. The finish is uniform, tidy, and ready for foot traffic.

mulch surface dressed

I refreshed this woodland path by laying down a smooth, consistent mulch layer through the trees. Afterward, I hand-raked the mulch until it looked clean and natural, giving the walkway a natural finish.

Initial grass removal

I started by cutting down the grass and scraping the top layer to expose solid ground. This step removes soft spots and loose material so the base can be shaped cleanly. Getting the grass out of the way is what allows the grading work to sit tight and hold up over time.

Removing debris and hauling material

After clearing the site, I loaded the removed grass and loose soil into the dump trailer. This keeps the work area clean and makes room for proper grading. Every load is hauled off so the final surface stays solid and ready for use.

More projects coming soon!

We are adding new grading, driveway, and land prep jobs as they are completed.

Shed Pad Excavation

I used this MT 100 to cut out this shed pad, removing roots and loose soil to get the area level. I opened up the ground, carved the base clean, and shaped it so it’s ready for a shed pad rough grade.

Shed pad rough grade

I opened up this spot for a shed pad by cutting the area down and shaping new imported dirt into a workable base. I cleared out debris, set the rough elevation, and got the pad ready for final grading
